What are RSS feeds and how do I use them?

RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication". Big words for something that allows you to keep up to date on the web content you choose to follow. You may wish to subscribe or RSS a specific program Forum to keep up with a discussion of interest.

RSS feeds are available wherever you see the orange RSS box. To get started, just click on the box to subscribe. You will also need a program to read your RSS feeds called a ‘reader’. The readers check your subscribed feeds regularly for new content and display any updates. Here are a few examples of feed readers that you can use:
